Please make every effort to reschedule your game prior to 10 days of the original scheduled date. We have to pay for reschedules if enough notice is not provided to the ref assignor.
IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE 72 HOUR NOTICE, THEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REFEREE FEE BEFORE THE GAME CAN BE RESCHEDULED.
Games that must be rescheduled due to weather will automatically be scheduled using the 8 day plus 4-hour rule. This 8 + 4 will be noted in the text message and email.
For U10 and below –> If your game was scheduled for March 19th at 10:00 am and is rained out. It will automatically be scheduled for March 27th at 2:00 pm. If you cannot make this work, then coordinate with the other team coach and pick alternate dates.
For all reschedules submitted to [email protected] please put the Reschedule Game ### in the subject line of the email…..This is important so the email is not lost…
Provide two options for dates/times for your reschedule in the email, after coordinating with the opposing coach. Also include the two team names and age group.
