Game Reschedules

Game reschedules must be completed by Wednesday morning for the upcoming weekend. If a reschedule is requested without at least 72 hours notice, you will be responsible for the ref fees for rescheduling that game. Your game is not officially rescheduled until you receive a confirmation email from OSC or GotSport.

For U10 and younger: Games that must be rescheduled due to weather will automatically be scheduled using the 8 day plus 4-hour rule. All others must coordinate with the opposing coach and reschedule using the form on this page.

For example: If your U8 game was scheduled for March 19th at 10:00 am and is rained out, it will automatically be rescheduled for March 27th at 2:00 pm. If you cannot make this work, then coordinate with the other team’s coach and pick alternate dates. Submit using the form on this page as soon as possible.
