OSC desires for all soccer related activities to be allowed to occur at the Owasso Sports Complex. However, requesting use of the fields does not guarantee approval. Approval or denial of your request shall be submitted via email to the host email provided. All event hosts are responsible for trash and debris on their assigned field. Trash and debris should be removed from the field after your event and deposited in the appropriate receptacle. A $25 trash fee will be assessed to hosts who fail to pick-up after their event. In certain instances, field use fees may be waived where teams/persons exchange volunteer hours for field use. No unauthorized field use will be allowed.
Requests are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Generally, approval or denials are provided in 24-48 hours via email. It is recommended that you make all requests at least seven (7) days prior to the desired event date. Multiple date requests are not accepted and each individual date request will require an individual form submission.
